Chinese Customer Engagement Training

Course consists of 4 sessions lasting 1.5-2 hours each, and may be split over 4 separate days or 1 full day.

Chinese culture, heritage and spending preferences have a strong influence on Chinese Customers’ travel and shopping habits. As a business, being aware of the culture behind these decision making processes, will make a noticeable difference to customer satisfaction. The Customer Engagement Training Course for retailers will provide the following insights:

  • Business etiquette in China (to sell/recommend the right outfit, retailers must be aware of the customs and traditions)

The Chinese Customer Engagement Training Course consists of 4 sessions (1.5-2 hours per session):

a) Learning about the culture and how it affects the purchasing process.
b) Five Chinese customer studies of their characteristics.
c) Idioms/language: basic Chinese and how to leverage knowledge of set sentences.

3) WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE!
a) Purchasing process: welcoming, etiquette, approach, foot fall conversion, CRM analysis and role play.
b) Idioms/language: how to leverage knowledge of Chinese language.

4) MAKE IT EASY FOR THEM TO BUY!
a) VAT refund.
b) Review.
c) Final simulation.
